Ingredients : Farfalle is an Italian, bow tie shaped small pasta with either straight or frilly edges. It is made from a dough of semolina flour, all-purpose flour, and eggs. The dough is rolled out thin and then cut into small rectangles that are about one and one-half by one inch.
